Edited in Picnik. Cropped. Cloned the green water to cover the white reflected spots around the outside. Lightened. Tweaked the tinting. Added a weak HDR-ish treatment.

Nice editing! I love to see turtles sunning themselves and they always seem to do it in groups 🙂 You chose a good crop. If anything, I may have added a little moe of a color boost but it really does look good!
