The receipe came from the October 1, 2003 issue of Family Circle. I love apples and love cheddar cheese so I thought this was a sure-fire winner.
It was OK, for lunch on Monday…but I made a ton of it. “OK” does not cut it when you have to eat it all by yourself cause no one else likes it. By the end of the week, I was over the apples, the cheddar, the whole soup.
I have already discarded the recipe in the trash.
Oh well. If you have a hankering for soup and come across this recipe, keeping on going.
